The Sunday Roast Aftermath...

Hello Mia my old friend.

That just reminded me of an arctic monkeys song as a typed that, off the top of my head:

Temptation, greets you like your naughty mate,
The one that used to get you in bother,
But one you could never bring yourself to hate.

And she said we've got that spark,
That only lights a fuse,
Helps you see in the dark,
But it's a sight you'll lose when,
The temptation greets you like your naughty friend.

Naughty mia.

Anyway, the dinner didn't go as spectacularly bad as it could have, my mum didn't eat with us, and as I've mentioned, my Dad isn't the most attentive person, especially whilst he's having to keep a lid on my 2 year old brother as he smears gravy all over his face, haha.

On my plate was:
5 Brussel Sprouts - 50 cals
3 Chantenney Carrots - 30 cals
3/4 stalks of broccoli - 40 cals

3 Roast potatoes - 150 cals (http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/calories-in-food/veg/Roast-Potatoes.htm said 42 each but like to over just in case)
2 Parsnips - 100 cals
2 Spoonfuls of swede - 50 cals

My dad insists on piling up the carbs to make up for the lack of meat in my diet..

Gravy - 50 cals

Total - 470
Plus the 240 from earlier takes me up to a grand daily total of 710!!
AHHHHHHH.

After beginning my meticulous cutting up, Dad realised he'd forgotten his stuffing, so ran off to the kitchen: perfect opp to lose half the carbs into a napkin: would have looked too suspicious losing it all.

Dinner was consumed veg first, carb last whilst drinking about 2 pints of water.
It didn't stay in me long.

Still feel disgusting though...like a whale.

Tonight will be water, workout DVD, water.

DVD's pretty good actually, 40 mins = 400 cals

In a bit
Flo xxxxxx
