I'm not happy with myself, yes I know it's no carb filled binge, but it's still over my limit: I need more self control! The rice cakes were a bit of a chance find, I have a toddler brother and we still have lots of baby related snacks, apple baby rice cakes- 26cals for 3.. eurgh, need to limit how many I eat though. Eurgh.
Will definitely be hitting the gym up tomorrow morning, revison is eating into all my time at the moment; also causing me to become a social reject, but I guess as long as I'm not eating into anything else too calorific it's better than nothing, and its a good excuse to avoid meals :)
Oh just realised haven't added all my coffee to that, I probably drink about 8 cups a day, black though so it's not so bad. I literally do not know what I would do without coffee.
Can't face weighing myself tonight, judging by my lack of exercise today, will probably whack on a workout DVD in a bit.. or not. We'll see. But the thought of putting on pounds is giving me butterflies, will definitely do some sit ups at least- Notting Hill is on the tele and makes me remember why I love Hugh Grant and his stereotypically British manerisms :)
Reading your blogs tonight has kept me inspired, and reluctant to trail down to the kitchen following the smell of mum's home made lasange.. Having somewhere to vent, my somewhat irrelavent and pointless ramblings is also a relief.
Have also just remembered that I brought some hair dye earlier, I'm naturally dark brown but over the last few months have been ranging from plummy purple to my current, bright red, but after saving inquantifiable amount of thinspo last night, I decided I miss my dark brown a la Daisy Lowe. I may post some related thinspo tomorrow.
